The Karamoja campaign in the Netherlands

University of Groningen (RUG): Students from the department of international relations participated to the campaign. They received support from the NOHA master of Humanitarian assistance.

Events

Conference: students from the department of international relations in the RUG organized a one-day conference on the future of traditionnal societies in Africa on November 27th 2008; more details in the conference page.

Exhibition/awareness-raising event: in parallel to the conference, the students from the department of international relations in the RUG organized an exhibition including photograph and information stands.

Preparation of an advocacy paper: students from the department of international relations in the RUG collaborated with students from Bordeaux (France), Luneburg (Germany), and Prague (Czech Republic) to prepare an advocacy paper on Karamoja through a collective web platform.
