Vol.8: Klassik im Club – Ein neues Konzertformat für ein neues Publikum?

Ausgangspunkte dieser Publikation zum Thema „Klassik im Club“ (von Malene Hill) sind die anhaltende Diskussion in Konzertwesen, Wissenschaft, Medien und Politik um die Zukunft des klassischen Konzerts und seines Publikums sowie die Beobachtung eines Trends zu Klassik im Club-Konzerten. Eine Veranstaltung der „Urban String“-Reihe, die das Ensemble Resonanz seit 2011 im Hamburger Schanzenviertel präsentiert, dient als praktisches Beispiel bei der Bearbeitung zweier Fragestellungen:
1) Wie können Klassik im Club-Konzerte, die mit „Klassik“ und „Club“ zwei mutmaßlich gegensätzliche Welten des Musikerlebens zusammenbringen, konkret gestaltet sein?
2) Spricht dieses Konzertformat tatsächlich ein „neues“, breiteres und jüngeres Publikum an?
